Competition & Prize Draw Rules

1. Promoter

The promoter is the organiser of Homiie ("the Promoter"). No purchase is necessary to enter the free prize draw.

2. Eligibility

Open to aged 18+

3. How to enter

Register with a valid email on the homepage to receive a unique referral link. Entries are awarded as follows:

• +1 entry per unique click on your referral link.
• +5 entries per ticket you personally purchase.
• +3 entries per ticket purchased by a person you referred.

Ticket purchases are verified via Fatsoma sales data and/or manual verification by the Promoter.

4. Closing date

The draw closes when all 100 tickets are sold or at the date displayed on the homepage countdown, whichever is sooner.

5. Prize

The top-ranked entrant on the leaderboard at closing time wins the VIP package. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner notification

The winner will be announced on the day of the event. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Disqualification

Entries obtained through bots, automated tools, fake accounts, self-referrals, or any other manipulation will be disqualified and removed from the leaderboard.

8. Data

Personal data submitted with entries is used only as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
