By accessing and using the Homiie platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register, share a referral link, or attend the event. Tickets are sold via Fatsoma and subject to their separate terms.

2. Referral System

Each registered user receives a unique referral link. Entries into the prize draw are calculated based on link clicks, ticket purchases, and verified referrals as described on the homepage.

3. Fair Use

Bot traffic, fraudulent clicks, fake email signups, or any manipulation of the referral system will result in disqualification and removal of entries at the organiser's sole discretion.

4. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party ticketing providers, payment processors, or venue operators.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
